Every month we will be dancing with a theme in mind. Everyone welcome (singles, couples, trouples, man, women, queer, aliens, etc.)

🍀 WORKSHOP EXCERSISES 🍀

An important preparation to receive and create a beautiful pleasure dance later on the evening. We guide you through number of excersises to give you the confidence and safety to join this beautiful dance. Embodied with the theme of this month.

🍀 PLEASURE DANCE ~ a tantric experience 🍀

A beautiful combination dance, where pleasure meets ecstatic dance, energy dance, contact dance and tantra find eachother. During the pleasure dance you will experience both the role as the leader and creator of a dance and the role as the receiver and follower of a dance. It brings you closer to your inner balance and connection with other people. We invite you to discover what these terms really mean for you, as everything is part of you!

🍀 WHAT DO YOU NEED?🍀

Wear clothes that make you feel free to express yourself in dancing with others.

Bring your own water bottle if you prefer and make sure you start fresh.

Water, blue lotus tea ceremony, tea & healthy snacks will be provided.

€0,- for the first 4 who are willing to volunteer as space creator (preparation of the space 18h and clean up afterwards).
